• Ingredients: Tapioca starch
• Cooking Instructions: Soaking Pho in water for 2 minutes. Then, cook Pho in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Put out and wash again with fresh water. Drain off the excess water and mix up with a little oil before use. 
• Storage: Keep in dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
