5. Food Safety & Quality
At An Nam Market, food safety and responsible retailing are an important part of how we operate. Both of our stores are registered food premises with their respective local councils.
St Albans Market:
Food Premises Registration No. 6233-2023, registered with Brimbank City Council as a Class 2 grocery store.
Footscray Market:
Food Premises Registration No. 3208-2024, registered with Maribyrnong City Council as a Class 3 grocery store.
An Nam Market Plus Liquor at Footscray operates under Packaged Liquor Licence No. 32067430, which authorises the supply of liquor in sealed containers, bottles, or cans for consumption off the premises, subject to applicable licence conditions.
We take care to ensure:
- Proper storage and handling of all products
- Fresh stock is regularly updated (daily or weekly, depending on category)
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of grocery products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
However, we will assist you in the following cases:
- Faulty or damaged products
- Incorrect items were purchased due to a staff error
Please contact us or visit the store with your receipt as soon as possible for assistance.
